I have been going to Sandy for massages for over three years. In my opinion, she provides an exceptional therapeutic massage which is delivered with a comforting touch. I have had many massages at other places over the years and would highly recommend Sandy because she is so knowledgeable about massage. She is able to adapt to whatever you need or problem you may have, whether it be due to exercise, injury or simply the aging process. I also took my 75 year old mother to her and she was very pleased with the outcome of the massage.

Hi! My name is Monique Merola. I have been Sandy’s client since 2001. I met her back in the day when she worked out of a chiropractor’s office and gladly followed her up to Youngtown! I am a Registered Nurse at Phoenix Children’s Hospital. I take care of sick and sometimes dying babies in the Neonatal ICU and it is a very emotionally stressful job. Besides that, I work 12 hour shifts, which means I am on my feet from about 5:00am until about 8:00pm……it’s a LONG day on my feet. To make matters a little crazier, after the birth of my son in 2004 I was diagnosed with a spinal cord tumor and had to have my back operated on to remove the tumor in the middle of my spinal cord. Side note, my pregnancy massages were awesome!!! Then, I contracted a very bad infection, Enterobacter Meningitis, had several more operations and spent a total of 5 weeks in the hospital. I literally had to learn how to walk again and how to move, bend, etc…… It has been a very long road to recovery! The day after I got home from the hospital, Sandy was there! I hurt all over so bad and I still had stitches all up my back, but Sandy was there! I needed a gentle massage sooooo bad and it was the best darn massage I’ve ever had! Well, long story short, Sandy has been there for me physically and emotionally, as well, for 7 years. She knows my body probably almost as well as my husband does! Ha! I see Sandy every 3 weeks and have for years to decrease stress, facilitate healing (physically & emotionally) and to reap the MANY rewards that therapeutic massage has to offer! I literally would not make it without Sandy! She is truly one of the reasons I know that I can make it from one week to the next………..she is the best Massage Therapist in Arizona!!! If you have ever thought about getting a massage or maybe you already have and are looking for someone who will do what you need and want………go to Sandy………she’s the BEST! Love you Sandy!

I was in such sciatic pain that I could barely walk. She worked on me every week for a month and by the end

I just wanted to publicly thank Sandy Overman, a member of our
group. I had the opportunity to visit her yesterday at her office in
Youngtown (that's west of Sun City for those of you who don't know).
It's a quaint, beautifuly decorated office where she offers massage
and spa treatments. If any of you have had the chance to meet Sandy,
you know her personality just bubbles over constantly. She is a great
